Ran about 11 miles starting at about 6:20 for the first mile. By about mile 2.5 I was running anywhere from 5:45-6mn pace. One mile I ran around5:20. I ran from my house and then went up the Provo River Trail towards the canyon. Fairly strong effort.

First mile warm-up. The next 11.5 @5:45-5:50 pace. Pushed the last mile fairly hard. Fairly strong effort. Felt good. By the way, I'm trying to repent and come back to the fold with renewed efforts with my blogging. I don't want to be a lost sheep any longer. Thank you Sasha for not giving up on me.
